If your data has run out or your plan validity has ended, your eSIM will stop working.
There are no surprise charges. All Simify plans are prepaid. To continue using data, you’ll need to purchase a new eSIM.
What you need to know
- Plans do not auto-renew.
- No overage fees — unlike some mobile plans, you won’t be charged for extra usage.
- Once data or validity is used up, the service simply stops.
- You cannot extend or top up an existing eSIM (for now).
If you need more coverage, the solution is simple — buy a new plan.
How do I extend or top up my eSIM?
At this time, we do not offer top-ups or extensions for active or expired eSIMs.
Once your plan runs out, you’ll need to purchase a new eSIM to stay connected.

- Choose a new plan that fits your remaining travel dates.
- Complete your purchase.
- Install and activate the new eSIM.
If your previous eSIM has already expired, it no longer has any value. We recommend deleting it from your device before installing a new one to avoid confusion.
