How to delete your account

If you'd like to delete your account, you can do it directly in the app, or if you're on the web, just reach out via live chat and we'll take care of it for you.

On the app

You can delete your account directly through the app.

  • Go to the Profile tab
  • Find the account deletion option and follow the prompts

On the web

If you're on the web, you'll need to reach out via live chat and we'll get it sorted for you.

  • Start a chat and say "I would like to delete my account"
  • Send through your full name and email address

What happens next

What we're able to do depends on whether you have any existing orders with us.

  • No order history: your account and all personal data will be permanently deleted.
  • Existing orders: because of legal and financial obligations (including chargeback dispute periods), we can't immediately delete the account. Instead, all personal data is permanently erased, including your name, address, email, IP address, and payment card details. Order records are kept in anonymised form for legal and financial compliance.

How long does it take

Erasure will be completed by whichever of these dates comes later:

  • 10 days from the date we receive the request, or
  • 60 days from the date of the most recent order (to allow for chargeback resolution)

So if your last order was recent, it may take up to 60 days from that date. That's just to make sure everything is settled on the financial side before we close things out.
