Cancelling an eSIM order if your eSIM has not been installed
If your eSIM has not been installed or activated, we can cancel the order and issue a full refund once your request is confirmed.
Cancelling an eSIM order if you eSIM has been Installed or Activated
If your eSIM has already been installed and activated, we may issue a partial refund based on:
- The remaining data balance, or
- The remaining validity period
Refunds are reviewed case by case.
