Once your eSIM has been installed, it becomes locked to that device and can’t be moved to another phone. It can only be installed once.
If you haven’t activated or used the eSIM yet, reach out to us. In many cases, we can cancel it and issue a new one so you can install it on a different device. (Not all plans are eligible, but we’ll always try to help.)
Lost or broken device?
If your phone was lost, damaged, or replaced, don’t stress.
As long as your plan hasn’t expired, we can usually issue a replacement eSIM for the remaining days on your plan.
