If your Simify eSIM is already using data while you’re still at home, the first thing to do is turn the eSIM off.
After that, contact us so we can help check your plan and confirm what happened.
Turn your eSIM off
On iPhone
- Go to phone Settings
- Tap Mobile Service or Cellular
- Tap your Simify eSIM
- Turn Turn On This Line Off
On Samsung
- Go to phone Settings
- Tap Connections
- Tap SIM manager
- Select your Simify eSIM
- Turn it Off
On Google Pixel
- Go to phone Settings
- Tap Connections
- Tap SIM manager
- Select your Simify eSIM
- Turn it Off

Once your eSIM is turned off, contact us and we’ll help check whether your plan has started and what to do next.
