I Can’t Find My Simify eSIM on My Device

If you can’t see your Simify eSIM, don’t worry — it’s usually still there. It may just be labelled differently or listed under another name.

Let’s check.

What you need to know

Your eSIM may not be labelled “Simify.”

It might appear as Business, Mobile Data, Secondary, Plus, eSIM 2, Travel, or something similar.

Most Simify eSIMs are data-only, so you may see:

  • No Number
  • A string of zeros
  • A blank space

Using an iPhone

If you’re using an iPhone, your Simify eSIM may appear under a different label in your SIM list.

Check your SIM list

  1. Go to phone Settings
  2. Tap Mobile Service (or Cellular)
  3. Look under your SIM list

If you see more than one SIM and one is your regular number, the other is likely your Simify eSIM.

If you have multiple eSIMs on your device, you can also check the label and ICCID to help identify your Simify eSIM.

Make sure the eSIM is switched on

  1. Go to phone Settings
  2. Tap Mobile Service (or Cellular)
  3. Select the eSIM you want to check
  4. Make sure the line is turned on

Check the ICCID

  1. Go to phone Settings
  2. Tap General
  3. Tap About
  4. Scroll down to find the ICCID

You can use the ICCID to match the eSIM on your device with the one you’re trying to identify.

Using a Samsung

On Samsung devices, your Simify eSIM may appear under a generic name rather than Simify.

Check your SIM list

  1. Go to phone Settings
  2. Tap Connections
  3. Tap SIM manager
  4. Review the list of SIMs show

Your Simify eSIM may appear as:

  • Plus
  • eSIM 1 or eSIM 2
  • Business
  • Travel
  • Another generic name

If one SIM is your physical SIM card, the other is likely your Simify eSIM.

If you have multiple eSIMs on your device, you can also check the label and ICCID to help identify the correct one.

Make sure the eSIM is switched on

  1. Go to phone Settings
  2. Tap Connections
  3. Tap SIM manager
  4. Select the eSIM you want to check
  5. Make sure it is turned on

Check the ICCID

  1. Go to phone Settings
  2. Tap Connections
  3. Tap SIM manager
  4. Select the eSIM you want to check
  5. Tap More information
  6. Find the ICCID

Using a Google Pixel

On a Google Pixel, your Simify eSIM may be listed under a generic label rather than Simify.

Check your SIM list

  1. Go to phone Settings
  2. Tap Network & internet
  3. Tap SIMs
  4. Review the list of SIMs shown

If one SIM is your regular SIM, the other is likely your Simify eSIM.

It may appear under a generic name such as eSIM, Travel, Business, or another custom label.

Make sure the eSIM is switched on

  1. Go to phone Settings
  2. Tap Network & internet
  3. Tap SIMs
  4. Select the eSIM you want to check
  5. Make sure it is turned on

Check the ICCID

  1. Go to phone Settings
  2. Tap About phone
  3. Tap SIM status, or look for SIM or eSIM details
  4. Find the ICCID for the eSIM you want to identify

Menu names can vary slightly by Pixel model or Android version, so you can also use the Settings search bar and search for ICCID or SIM.

If you still don’t see it

If there is no second SIM listed, or you tried installing but nothing appears, it may have been installed on another device

Remember, an eSIM can only be installed once.
