Top-ups let you add more days to an eligible Unlimited eSIM without buying and installing a new eSIM.
They're useful if your trip gets longer, you need more days than expected, or you want to keep using an eSIM you already have installed.
How to add days
- Open the Simify app and go to My eSIMs
- Find the eSIM you want to top up
- Tap Add days
- Choose how many days you'd like to add
- Complete checkout
Once your purchase is complete, the new plan will be added to your eSIM.
When will my top-up start?
If your eSIM already has an active plan, your top-up will wait until that plan ends.
It will start once your current plan has finished and your eSIM next connects to a supported network.
If you already have one or more upcoming plans, your new top-up will be added after them.
Can I top up an expired eSIM?
Yes. Eligible Unlimited eSIMs can be topped up for up to 180 days after the last plan expires.
If your eSIM is eligible, you'll see the Add days option in the Simify app.
Do I need to install my eSIM again?
No. Your top-up is added to your existing eSIM, so there's nothing new to install.
Can I cancel a top-up?
If you need to cancel a top-up, please contact our Customer Support team. We'll check your top-up and let you know what options are available.
