We’ve refreshed our referral program to make it easier (and more rewarding) to share Simify with friends.
Here’s everything you need to know.
What is the referral program?
Our referral program lets you share a unique link with friends.
When they purchase using your link:
- They get a discount
- You earn a reward
- Win-win.
How does it work?
Step 1 — Referral Rewards
Visit our Referral Rewards page to invite a friend and give them 15% off their first purchase:

Log in to your Simify account via the app and copy your unique referral code. You can find this information on the Account tab under Refer a Friend.
Step 2 — Your friend makes a purchase
They click your link and complete an order.
They must:
- Use your referral link
- Complete checkout successfully
Step 3 — Rewards are triggered
Once their order is confirmed and paid, your reward is automatically processed.
You’ll receive an email when:
- Your friend successfully purchases
- Your referral reward is issued
What’s the current offer?
The reward amount and friend discount may vary depending on promotions.
You’ll always see the current offer displayed inside your referral dashboard.
When will I receive my reward?
Rewards are usually processed within a few business days after your friend’s order is confirmed.
If your friend’s order is refunded, cancelled, or not completed, the reward will not be issued.
How will I receive my reward?
Referral rewards are typically issued as:
- Store credit
- Or a discount code
You’ll receive instructions by email when your reward is ready.
I referred a friend. Why didn’t I receive a reward?
Here are the most common reasons:
- Your friend didn’t use your referral link
- They used a different email than the one entered in the referral
- Their order was cancelled or refunded
- The order hasn’t been fully confirmed yet
- The reward processing time hasn’t passed
- Your friend is not a first-time customer
- They did not meet the required minimum spend

How many referrals can I make?
There’s no limit — share away.
The more friends you refer, the more rewards you can earn (as long as each referral meets the program criteria).
How long is my referral valid?
Your referral code is valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
Why did I land on this page?
