HOW TO INSTALL YOUR SIMIFY ESIM
You can install your Simify eSIM in just a few minutes using the QR code sent to your email.
Choose your device below and follow the steps carefully.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
- Connect to Wi-Fi before starting installation.
- Your device must support eSIM.
- Each QR code can only be scanned once.
- Install before travel, activate when you arrive.
- Do not delete your eSIM
USING AN IPHONE (IOS 26)
Install Your ESIM Before You Travel:
- Connect to Wi-Fi before starting.
- Open Settings → Mobile Data.
- Tap Add eSIM.
- Choose Use QR Code.
- Scan the QR code from your Simify email.
- Your eSIM will appear with a default name such as Travel, Business, or Personal. We recommend renaming it “Simify” in the Custom Label section.
- Select “Simify” as your mobile data line
- Turn off Mobile Data Switching

If you install before travel, your iPhone may show “Activating…” or a brief install message — this should disappear within 24 hours.
USING A SAMSUNG GALAXY
Install Your ESIM Before You Travel:
- Take a screenshot of your eSIM QR code from your email or app.
- Open Gallery, find the screenshot, and long-press it
- Choose “Add plan to phone” then tap Add
- Or go to Settings → Connections → SIM Manager → Add eSIM and scan the QR code from another device/printed sheet.
- Follow the on-screen prompts and tap “Add” or “Confirm” to complete installation.>> Show screenshots
Your eSIM will now appear in SIM Manager. You may rename it (for example, “Simify” or “Travel”) for clarity.

USING A GOOGLE PIXEL
Install Your ESIM Before You Travel:
- Go to Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs
- Tap + Add SIM
- Tap Set up an eSIM
- Then choose how you want to install:
- Scan the QR code from your Simify email
- Or use Enter details manually and paste the activation code/SM-DP+ string from your email. This handy manual install guide can help.
- You can also scan from a screenshot if scanning directly isn’t convenient
- Wait for the eSIM to download and install

Your new eSIM will appear in your SIM list. You can rename it to make it easier to identify.
ACTIVATE WHEN YOU ARRIVE
After landing, you’re ready to activate your eSIM. How to Activate Your eSIM walks you through what to expect and what to check.
Once activated, give your device a minute or two to connect to a supported network automatically.
IF YOU SEE “INVALID” OR “EXPIRED”
This usually means the QR code has already been scanned and the eSIM is already installed.
Check your SIM settings before attempting to scan again. If you don’t see a second SIM listed, contact support and share a screenshot of your SIM settings.
