Should I delete my Simify eSIM?
If your Simify plan has expired and you don’t plan to use it again, you can safely delete the eSIM from your device.
We generally recommend doing this to keep your SIM list tidy and avoid confusion later.
How to remove your Simify eSIM
On iPhone
- Go to phone Settings
- Tap the Simify eSIM
- Tap Delete eSIM
On Samsung
- Go to phone Settings
- Tap Connections
- Tap SIM Manager
- Select the Simify eSIM
- Tap Remove
Or, depending on your device, turn it off before removing it.
On Google Pixel
- Go to phone Settings
- Tap Network & internet
- Tap Mobile network
- Select the eSIM you want to remove
- Tap Erase eSIM
What you need to know
Deleting the eSIM does not cancel your plan retroactively.
Once removed, the same eSIM cannot be reused.
If you plan to use the eSIM again later, you can leave it installed and simply keep it turned off.
